All our products are available fresh, even live, even for fish. They are also available frozen for their ease of access and practicality of use. These products from our French regions are available, all year round or in season, depending on the fisheries and the quotas that our network of fishermen respects.
European eel (Anguilla anguilla) is our specialty with more than 100 T from Mediterranean coastal or estuary and river fishing in Loire Atlantique. The live eel is stored in our tanks, by our fishermen or collected by our teams and our tank trucks directly after fishing.

The fry of the European eel (Anguilla anguilla) or glass eel is also called pibale in the South-West of France.
This glass eel is offered cooked mainly in high-end restaurants in season from November to April.
We are also actively participating in its repopulation in France and Europe with the objective of maintaining stocks of eels and glass eels.
These traditional captures herald spring. It is at the entrance to the great Atlantic rivers that they are captured. Highly anticipated, they both have a unique texture and flavor revealed by traditional recipes.
These species both have the common point of being seasonal and sought after mainly by restaurateurs, caterers and canneries in the Bordeaux region.
The lamprey (Petromyson marinus) is sold live or prepared to allow recipes specific to it.
Shad (Alosa alosa), frozen after fishing, is sold fresh every day.
