We get our fish directly from the fishermen, which is why we can always offer quality and freshness at the best price.
The artisanal fishing that we offer comes directly from the fishermen grouped around our 10 collection and storage points. The catches are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
For more than twenty years, the Aguirrebarrena group has developed its own supply network on the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, bringing together more than 350 professional fishermen at sea and rivers around our fishponds.
The eel is stored alive in our fish ponds just after its capture or placed in a cold room then processed on demand.
Our facilities are equipped and approved to process the range of fish we offer. We pack in insulated boxes sealed with ice, under vacuum or modified atmosphere. Upon receipt of your order by telephone/email/fax we begin processing in our production units.
We have our own fleet of Vivier trucks for transporting live fish throughout Europe. Having our fleet allows us to deliver fish not only very quickly but in excellent conditions.
We deliver our frozen and fresh processed fish via our logistics platforms.
